The existing science laboratories at Cullompton College needed a complete overhaul. Our experienced interior design team worked closely with the school to recommend a comprehensive refurbishment programme to dramatically improve their look and functionality.
Our solution
With careful space planning and attention to detail, Westcountry Group recommended new room layouts which provide a better flow to each room, as well as greater visibility and access for the teacher to oversee students carrying out practical lessons.
Result
In contrast to the old labs, the new labs are bright and airy with modern fixtures, units and furniture which can better meet the demands of a modern science department and ultimately improve student’s engagement with science.
