Above and beyond 2019

Team Westcountry Group go above and beyond!

The 3rd January saw team Westcountry Group meet together at Deer Park Country House for an inspiring 'Above and Beyond 2019' presentation from Managing Director, Miles Liesching.  Above and Beyond not only perfectly depicts our ambitious vision for 2019 but just happens to be the slogan of the famous company we headed to after... 

Following a delicious English lunch at the country house (steak and ale pie followed by sticky toffee pud - a favourite of ours), we rolled up at the Land Rover Experience Centre for an afternoon of going above and beyond in a smart line-up of their best vehicles. 

Splitting into teams of twos and threes we headed for the vehicle of our choice, the Range Rover with built-in hot stone massages proving particularly popular!

Together we pushed the cars to their limits, taking them through deep ponds, rugged mud-ridden tracks and even testing out their ability to balance on two wheels.  The whole day served as an excellent reminder that we never know what we're capable of until we try!

We came away buzzed and ready to smash 2018 - and thoroughly convinced we should switch all company cars to Land Rovers!
