Westcountry Group worked closely with the school to create a new, state-of-the-art ‘Engine Room’, which offers a flexible and practical place for students to learn. The main objective for the refurbishment work at Hampton Prep School was to increase and foster a more interactive, engaging, and collaborative approach to learning, building student interest in STEM-related areas.
Our solution
Movable tables and stools were installed offering flexible seating configurations that cater to a range of lesson styles from individual workstations to group work. New storage units were installed to provide greater ease of access to materials, apparatus, and equipment.
Result
The new facilities will make learning more fun for students, allowing them to improve their problem-solving, creative thinking, and critical analysis — essential skills for them to achieve success at school and in the future.
