The existing sixth-form common rooms at Westminster City School needed a revamp. The school wanted to transform its existing facilities into a more usable, bright, and modern area for their students to relax, study, and socialise in. Our approach was a modern and contemporary design.
Our solution
The space has been divided into more usable zones, providing students with an adaptable area to use their time in between lessons as they wish. To complete the look, we provided seating areas with comfortable, colourful, and robust furniture for the students to sit and study. Additionally, we installed booth areas for independent study.
Result
The renovations to the sixth-form common rooms have created a tranquil hub where workstations sit alongside hang-out zones, creating a calm environment for individual work, collaboration, and socialising.
